Nordisk IPTV offers streaming television services through internet protocol technology ("IPTV Service"), specializing in Scandinavian content from Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate registration information
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited
• Nordic language support available for account issues

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Payment

• All fees are prepaid and non-refundable except as required by law
• Automatic renewal unless canceled before billing cycle
• Prices subject to change with 30 days notice
• Accepts Nordic payment methods: Swish, Vipps, MobilePay

3.2 Cancellation

You may cancel anytime, but no refunds for unused service. Cancellation must be done through your account dashboard or by contacting our Nordic support team.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Resell or redistribute our Scandinavian content
• Use automated tools to access content
• Modify, reverse engineer, or hack our service
• Use our service for illegal purposes
• Circumvent regional content restrictions

5. Copyright

All Nordic content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any Scandinavian programming.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance and circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary outages. Scandinavian channels may have different availability than international channels.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nordisk IPTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service, including but not limited to interruption of Scandinavian programming.

8. Privacy

Your use of our service is subject to our Privacy Policy. We collect necessary data to provide and improve our services, with special consideration for Nordic data protection laws.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email in Scandinavian languages where preferred.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.
